If after hours of computer work, you find yourself in a position of a pure pain, you might want to try this simple program. It is called f.lux and you can download it here: www.stereopsis.com/flux/.

It adjusts your screen color to the time of the day. Makes it warm at night and cold, blue-like during the day.

Download and install the program. It will automaticly open up. You will see a window like that:

Press the Change Settings and you will see this:

The coordinates will probably be wrong. If you do not know yours, just press change and than locate. You will be sent to this website: www.stereopsis.com/flux/map.html.

I have checked some big names, like NYC, and few small towns around the world. It seemed to work really well. In case it would not, you can go here: http://itouchmap.com/latlong.html and move the map to anywhere you wish. Copy the coordinates and paste to the f.lux.

It will automatically change it to Norths/South and East/West. Press OK and you are done! Enjoy the screen and do not get blind, at least not too soon. You can also temporary disable the settings, without turning off the program.

P.S. If you are very curious how it works, you can change system time to e.g 4am. It will change within few seconds.
