Firefox 3 release gets closer with the release of Firefox 3 RC2 released today. WIth major UI enhancement and security tweaks, firefox is one of the most advanced browser. With a strong open source support, Firefox 3 RC2 is available in over 45 languages.

The new version includes malware protection, anti-virus integration, Vista parental controls, web forgery protection page, better protection against cross-site JSON data leaks and much more.

In terms of performance, Firefox 3.0 promises better speed, by bringing improvements to the JavaScript engine, a reduced amount of memory used (after hundreds of leaks have been fixed), and better reliability (with user bookmarks, cookies and preferences stored in a secure database format) preventing data loss and system crashes.

RC2 has some bug fixes over RC1 is all set to recieve feedback for a quick rollout of final release.
