noharddriveHiding Windows Partition can be a need to many. There could be several reasons you would want to do it. One obvious being the fact that you want to hide your p0rno collection. However, there can be other reasons as well. Let’s see how to hide a Logical Partition of Windows. NoDrive Manager is a simple tool to hide your windows 7, logical partitions without much ado.

Good part is that it allows you to hide multiple logical drives at the same time. However, please note that NoDrive Manager cannot hide Primary partition. So you might want to move your sensitive data to a logical partition and then hide that partition.

Select the drive(s) and click “Write current settings to the registry”. Once you are done hiding you’ll have to log off and log in to see the affected changes. You can use the tool to make the drive(s) visible again.

Note: This tool only makes the drive invisible at explorer or My Computer. However, if you were to type the drive letter at the run prompt you’d still be able to access the hidden drive.
