To use YMessenger i need to go in con.preferences check the http proxy and use the port 1080. I did all the think you show me , the utorrent doesn't work but i do some progress . On utorrent now (on the bottom of the screen) apears an icon sometime red and sometime yellow . At first it didn't show me nothing . Hy i am in a new campus and have here a internet .

Might following these steps circumvent the limit set by my provider?
