Well this is a short tip for youtube users. For ones who prefer to watch videos in HD always and have the bandwidth to do so, there is an option in youtube to play the HD version of the video every time you switch to full screen mode.

There is a small option under the “Video Playback Quality” settings using which you can set by default that youtube plays HD version of the video ( if available) whenever you view it in full screen mode.

Go to settings tab provided at the top. Enter the Video playback tab under settings tab. Under the option of video playback quality check the box against Always choose HD when switching to fullscreen.



Now Youtube will automatically play your videos in HD.
