Download Firefox 3.6 Beta 1 ready with accelerometer support

Firefox 3.6 Build 1 is now officially available for download as released by Mozilla though Mozilla developers are attaching warnings with that saying “A beta is indeed available, but I would like to clarify that the Beta programme for Firefox 3.6 has not yet launched; this is a test build, not necessarily Firefox 3.6 Beta 1.â€

Certain new features

though firefox 3.6 has numerous new features whwn it came out like faster JavaScript rendering engine, improved start-up speeds and eye-candy such as preview panes in the default Ctrl+Tab scrolling. The beta version has tried to build over it. The start up from cold boot has gotten much faster , not a glaring delay as before. ( dowload here : download )

â€œA small preview pane, much like what you would get with Alt+Tab in Windows, shows up with all your tabs in it. Quite handy, but not a feature that wowed us given that other extensions were already doing this.â€

Windows 7 is fully efficient to run this version.

Another feature is ability to detect orientation of device it is run on by using the accelerator to render web pages that support the same. The browser can detect whether the accelerator within the notebook is moving or is static and in landscape or portrait mode – and it adjusts itself automatically.

Tired with Internet Explorer ? You are not the only one who hates Internet Explorer but some how or the other has to use it sometimes. Now you can turn your Internet Explorer into Google chrome , all because of Google.

Now Google has introduced Chrome Frame , which is a new pluggin for the browser to provide troubled users a chrome experience inside Internet Explorer.Chrome Frame uses the latest versions of Chromeâ€™s Webkit and JavaScript engines into IE. these updates are yet to come in actual chrome updates.A small description of how it works….

This Pluggin creates new frame inside IE which resembles the features of chrome or can be said is chrome itself. It is a lightweight pluggin but it needs to download around 10 Mb of data for chrome to run seamlessly.To target the Chrome plug-in for IE, developers simply have to insert a meta tag in their HTML code. If Chrome Frame isnâ€™t found, the page will render just as it normally would in IE. The chrome Frame will work with IE 6,7 & 8 in all versions of Windows.

Firefox 3 release gets closer with the release of Firefox 3 RC2 released today. WIth major UI enhancement and security tweaks, firefox is one of the most advanced browser. With a strong open source support, Firefox 3 RC2 is available in over 45 languages.

The new version includes malware protection, anti-virus integration, Vista parental controls, web forgery protection page, better protection against cross-site JSON data leaks and much more.

In terms of performance, Firefox 3.0 promises better speed, by bringing improvements to the JavaScript engine, a reduced amount of memory used (after hundreds of leaks have been fixed), and better reliability (with user bookmarks, cookies and preferences stored in a secure database format) preventing data loss and system crashes.

RC2 has some bug fixes over RC1 is all set to recieve feedback for a quick rollout of final release.
