1. Reporting is an important aspect of management and hence we’ll see how to set up email alerts in Google Analytics. If you’ll notice on the sidebar of Google analytics interface there’s something that reads Intelligence.

2. Once you click it you’ll notice on the right middle of the page something that reads “Create a Custom Alert“.

3. Make sure when you are creating an you check the box that reads “Email me when this alert is triggered“. Rest of it is dependent on what type of alert you want to receive in your email.

In my case I have set an alert when the visits on my site dips below 700.
